OYO Home 15372 Enticing 2bhk Benaulim

This is a quiet peaceful place and the pool is good to do some physical activity and stretch your muscles. The houses were good. U just need to be prompt enough to check if all devices installed are in working condition else it would take OYO time to get a technician fix it. My visit here was peaceful.

The worst experience that I have got in my history of staying in Oyos. This was a self serviced Oyo Home which I should expect to be in good condition to check in. Instead there was stale food, liquor bottles, trash lying on the floor in front of the door. The room was not cleaned too which was stinking. The Oyo customer service is also the worst I experienced we waited for like 3 hours in the rain before someone showed up to clean. We had reached Goa after a hectic 15 hours sleeples drive and we get this treatment from Oyo. I don't even have words to describe this pathetic service.
