FabExpress Holiday Suites

Owner is rude & manipulative, he should not be in hospitality biz., even though we had booking the rooms were not available as per them. They said fab wale lete rehte hai booking we asked them to stop still. He was more like he was doing a help and favor by giving us a room. He even asked us to cancel booking and go somewhere else when i complaint him about waiting for 2 hours with a 1year old for providing us room. I somehow stayed 4 nights in it. Rooms are spacious but it's not maintained. Spider webs everywhere. Latches and locks were not working properly. No proper service of room cleaning. Emptying dustbins etc. no stand to hang towels/ clothes in bathroom.Even the TV was not installed on wall it was just kept on table with wall support not on stand. No toiletries jus a soap. Curtains were dirty. Pillows inner covers had moldy stains. Kettle was non working. Induction Stove was provided on request. Etc Etc :|

It was very bad experience Leaving in fabexpress holiday suites. The Room was very dirty, no cleaniness, washroom was very unhygienic , with no working shower . Room services was also not proper. Fab express holiday suites is a very good name but asa kuch nhi ha. So plz be aware before booking this hotel.

I have made a booking at a hotel via Fabhotels. I have also booked breakfast. However, the hotel is not ready to provide breakfast and is unwilling to refund the money. Additionally, they have not provided the room in the hotel building where we booked our room. It is very shameful for the hotel and Fabhotels that a customer pays for breakfast, and the hotel is not ready to provide it. Please refund my money and take action regarding this incident. No room service available in the hotel also renovation work is on so no reception is available..At the time of check in i standed for 45 mins for receptionist to attend me after several calls no response on Mr Vishal was little supportive
