Perfect option if you want something extremely in budget and at walkable distance from the beach. Humble rooms with basic amenities provided. The owner is friendly and will accommodate early check in based on availability. Cons: no toiletries provided. Also no drinking water on property. We had to buy water bottles and rely on the beach shacks selling water bottles for double the amount.

Just simple huts well maintained no frills and nothing fancy. The location is excellent and the owner is great

I like this place very much. Territory is very clean with white send. I rented ac hut and it was very clean everything new inside. Clean toilet. Big fridge and closet that you can lock. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Ac working fine. In front there is a super good beach shake. They have beautiful wood furniture with super cozy pillows. I’ve never seen any beach shake made up so well and comfortable. Cocktails there is just amazing and it’s not a common thing in Goa especially in beach shakes. The owner of the place is super nice and friendly. I will definitely stay here many more times. And the beach here is perfect not overcrowded. Perfect for swim chill and relax all day

Overall good in this budget. But location is not as good as required. No sea view from there. Owner is helpful person. But if you want to enjoy goa than don't go there. This place is not crowded. Specialy in beache there are 🐬 view activities they are cheater. Don't take their activities. In other beach that activities you get in less price.

My friend from the UK lived here and quite enjoyed it. They’re about 55 years old and said that they like how close to the beach it is. There are also pretty good restaurants on the beach nearby

A good place to connect with nature and find ourselves. The person who took care of the people was really good at his work. Management was quite good. This is a place where I would suggest anyone who is expecting a subtle stay and serenity.

Awesome cheap huts right next to to beach. Really basic but that was all we needed. Perfect for backpackers on budget. Don't expect any luxury the place is really basic. Owner is nice and friendly.

Its beach-side huts.. Due to restaurant in front there is no beach view.. Room cleanliness: 0/5. Its a basic room where you can dump your stuff and roam around. It had a strange smell inside the hut..
