Service and the pool is so good. but the rooms could have been equipped in a modern fashion. windows are broken

I would give it a zero rating. We had a worst experience staying here. Hotel rooms pictures are misleading. Rooms were untidy, no maintenance has been done. I was told it is a 3 star property and buffet breakfast would be provided. But there was only 1 dish daily which further was tasteless and not cooked properly. I called OYO's customer care daily about issues I faced but no one took it seriously to resolve the matter. Dont waste your money by opting this property. A big no to OYO in future because of their pathetic services.

First time at an Oyo accommodation. Place was a bit hard to find - it is off the main road and down a dirt track. It is relatively close to Calangute beach (still a good walk). Things I liked: + Rooms were pretty decent for the price. The ones we had stayed in were separate from the main hotel and were relatively new. I felt the rooms were more suited for couples + Bathrooms were okay - clean and properly maintained + Staff were courteous and helpful. They accommodated our requests whenever they could. Gave suggestions about places to visit and how to get there as well + Large swimming pool Things I did not like: - Breakfast was pretty basic and the same food is served everyday - Bathrooms had weird sliding doors and glass walls - Swimming pool could have been cleaner On a side note - they had their own ghost story about one of the rooms being haunted. Interesting stuff. Though no paranormal activity happened during our stay.

Bed sheets have stains. Infrastructure needs a slight improvement. Mini-bar empty. Location incorrect on Google map. It's near OYO Shruthi on Holiday Street, Opp. Calangute Mall. Service is wonderful & appreciated. Kitchen food is alright. Room size adequate. Bathroom faucet was broken & was replaced. Price dropped almost half when I had arrived. I paid 1700+ but price was dropped to 900 approx on arrival day but I had already paid so a loss I can't do anything about. Overall: simple budget hotel but worth it if its below 1500. If you look for luxury then try Le Meridien...

I stayed for one night and my experience was bad and pathetic. 1) There are two sections for this hotel. The standard rooms (2X in Oyo) and the deluxe ones (3X in Oyo) are located across the road. Hence if you have booked standard rooms, note that you'll have to walk across the road with wet dress after using pool. We booked the place for the pool but after seeing this situation, never bothered to use it. 2) The rooms need to be renovated to a great extent. There are large and dark stains all over the room especially in the washroom. Rooms were not clean at all and the staff were not helpful in any way. 3) There were mosquitoes all over the room. Thank God we had Odomos and All Out. Else it would have been hell. Tried asking staff for help multiple times regarding this but they never responded. Overall, there are much better rooms nearby compared to this one. You can easily give this place a miss.

They are kind of cheating the customer. 1. The room showed in Oyo was not allotted. Using plywood they prepared the room which they have allotted. 2. The service is bad. If you are staying longer than one day and wish to rearrange your room, then you have to be there till 12PM or more, so that room boy can come and do the needful. 3. Existing customer have to wait untill they prepare the check-out rooms, because you have already paid the money. 4. They have swimming pool which is good,but there is a catch. If you wish to use the swimming pool then you have postpone all your days plan to afternoon. Because the times as 10am-6pm. 5. They provide free breakfast but not sufficient to satisfy the hunger of a 2 year old boy.

I would have given Zero star rating if it was available. Horrible service from the hotel management. Made this hotel booking on our bike tour to Goa. After booking I tried to call the hotel management regarding our booking confirmation. No one responded, since we were riding all the way from Pune in become dark in the Ghat road. Foggy weather and rain delayed our arrival of hotel. Regarding that we kept calling the hotel and the hotel owner too. Somehow by 12 am in the midnight we reached the location that was a empty land. There was no one to enquire in that middle of the night. Google map was misleading. So we fixed our tents in the empty land with dogs barking outside. After an hour a guy seeing the tents come to as and enquired the issue and we breif the incidents. He leaded as to the hotel which was almost 300 away in a 4 area without sign board or light Once we reached the property there was nobody in the reception, Light and computers were on and no signs for any humans. After searching around we found two guys in the compound who were in drunken condition later we came to know they were the reception staffs. We tried to wake them up but no response from them bcoz their liquor. We parked our vehicle in the hotel reception area and again pitched our tents near by. We started to sleep, by 5 am someone knocked our tents and get us out from it. We explain everything but they insist to allow as our rooms. We told them we r riding all the day for 18 hrs and we badly we a sleep. Pleaded them to provide a single room or a hall instead of our booking of 2 triple deluxe rooms. They throw as out of the property without any mercy. Later Oyo provided full refund but the incidents occurred to us can't be forgettable
