Swastic Hotel at Calangute

Rooms were clean other than this nothing positive. Wrong location shared. Long wait for checkin. No was there to attend. Limited and congested parking. No power. No water. Vibes are not that great.

Totally a scam hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I have booked a hotel room 2 months in advance. On the day of arrival they cancelled my booking and said that our property is full. I booked from the Agoda app and even customer care didn't help me. So if you're planning to book a hotel near Calangute. Do not book here .or your plan will be hamper

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Dirty rooms, bedsheets and blankets have holes. Cockroaches in the room. Bathroom doesn't have a bucket or a mug. Uf you ask for water as well, it takes them business days to process. Staff is utterly rude and unprofessional. Nothing but a SCAM!! If you really want to have a peaceful trip, then don't stay here.

My feedback. Rooms are excellent, ll and spacious, it can accommodate 4 members. Sevice was excellent. Prem, the manager, assistant was excellent. Improvement: Wardrobe in room is needed. Bathroom hangers. Directions to Hotel needs to be clear. Whole building needs to be painted. Swimming pool, steps edges needs to be grinded. Overall, I liked the stay.

*Disappointing Experience at Swastik Home Stay Goa* Rating: 1/5 I recently stayed at Swastik Home Stay Goa, booked through MakeMyTrip (MMT) for 2 nights. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues: *Misrepresentation:* - The property was listed as a hotel but turned out to be an apartment complex. - Photos on MMT were misleading, showing a different property. *Room Issues:* - No elevator in the building; allocated 3rd-floor room. - No TV in the room. - No extra bed provided for my 9-year-old daughter. - No hot water in the bathroom despite multiple complaints. - Bed mattresses infested with ants and insects. *Amenities:* - Only one towel provided for four family members; additional towels denied. - Breakfast was inadequate (tea and toast biscuits only), contrary to MMT listing. *Hidden Charges:* - Security deposit of ₹2000 demanded at check-in, not mentioned on MMT. *Safety Concerns:* - Swimming pool poorly maintained, with broken tiles, making it unsafe for children. - Ongoing carpentry work caused noise disturbances late at night. I have photos and videos as evidence. Arrogant owner.. acted like a dick when we asked time to decide we were ready to the pay the amount he asked for but he acted arrogant as if he is the only place in Goa We got a much better place than this.. if he was polite we wud have booked the place the same evening… we were just trying to negotiate with him if he dint make less we wud have booked it but unfortunately the caretaker was arrogant stating we cannot stay/ afford during the season..

This Hotel is big SCAM. Don't Stay here. Room Service is totally bad...staff behavior is also very rude..not even one thing is good about this hotel.. Don't waste your Money.
