Delta Residency Calangute GOA

I just had a stay in Delta residency. I arrived early and the owner was cooperative . He arranged room at sharp 11 AM which is checkout . I am thankful to him. Later I had railway ticket bookings in the evening about 7 PM. He had arranged some space to keep luggage and we were there sitting comfortable hearing music. Buffet and dinner has limited options but they are so yummy that you will remember home cooked food. Decent place to stay.Highly Recommended by my side.Great experience

Giving 2 star just for the best food services they provide and they let us wait till our check in time… overall its not at all worth …the room we got was so third class…. Not at all worth the money i paid to my tour package people…they booked this third class hotel…I don’t know why they are calling themselves 3 star..also the people here are so disrespectful towards everyone…

This hotel is not giving any free things such as fridge service, pool table as well as soap and shampoo. If we are paying these much amount they should have include such basic things and some entertainment stuff. I don’t know how they are managing or they are just money minded. If you guys looking for hotel in Goa then I recommend to loom little expensive but good hotel where you can find all basic amenities.

I had a very good experience with delta recidency ,the hotel's owner and staff are very cooperative & helpful, the location of the hotel is very close to the beach and the surrounding is very natural. I love jain food, this hotel's made me best tasty food, I would like to stay there next time.

The place is untidy..the wash basin tap was not working..the walls had marks of spit and the room was stinking. On coming back to room after spending a day out there were only cockraches roaming around. If you are charging so much atleast basic maintenance of the property is expected.Also the staff was rude and arrogant.The real meaning of hospitality and humbleness was completely absent.Dont recommend staying here even free of cost..
