Sodder's Svelton Manor Hotel

This place is ok, nice clean rooms and good service by only one person at the restaurant, the complimentary breakfast was not so good, service at the counter was not so good, they dint allow us to check in even an hour early though this was mentioned and approved by oyo representative. But the hotel receptionist denied us entry even when the rooms were vacant and ready for check in. That was disappointing welcome. We ignored this and enjoyed our Goa trip.

Unfortunately there is no option to give zero stars, otherwise i would have given. This place is not worth even visiting. Hot water not available, card swipe machine not available, Rooms not cleaned daily and arrogant attitude by staff. Compleye lack of customer centricity. If the owner/management is reading this, request you'll to first resolve these basic issues.

Rooms are fine so is the view ! The lift doesnt work sometimes... and the hot water... pretty close to calungate beach... walkable distance!
