This hotel is absolutely impossible to find by yourself. The google maps takes you to a different place 100m away from the hotel . Its not a hotel , but a flat from an apartment converted to hotel rooms. The rooms are okay but the AC doesn't work properly. The swimming pool is good and timings are 9:00 am to 7:30 pm. The service is great and the staff is very nice.the road to hotel is very narrow.

Hotel is nice , it's so reasonable and staff is very much polite. Rooms are having very nice space with comfortable balcony also. Below 2k budget this property gives satisfaction. Tea/Coffee kittle must be inside the room

A pretty average place in Goa to stay. Been to better places with in the same price range. But yes the rooms are pretty big compared to regular hotels. Breakfast is fixed with 2 items you have chose either one of it but it keeps changing. No restaurant is available but there is menu available from a near by restaurant. The room i was staying in had the AC temperature stuck at 17 degrees and it was too cold for me. When asked for the remote it was broken and said we will replace it by evening but that didnt came. When asked on the second day they told that “your AC is running right that is enough why do you need a remote” this behaviour is not at all acceptable very much unprofessional behaviour. Except that incident stay was pleasant and staff helped when needed. Wont recommend it strongly but if tight on budget and can manage with few facilities you can try out the place.

This is a 10 Premium room 3 star Hotel. It is a part of a larger society by the name Casa Azure. Has an amazing swimming pool. Rooms are clean and hygienic and spacious. The staff here is very humble and always ready to help.There is breakfast facility here but the property outsources food from a neighbouring restaurant for Room service. There is Non-AC power backup (invertor) at the property. In case of power failure the AC will not be functional. Provides a range of in-room amenities.

Pool timings only till 7PM. The hotel staff is friendly but the staff of pool are very rude. Best thing about this hotel is its location. Around 200-300 metres from the beach. The small restaurant in front of Fab Hotel is the best place to eat. Room rent is high for the service they provide.

Horrible stay. No water in the bathroom at all, AC does not work, TV does not work. They did not check if we had a booking or not and placed us in a downgrade room. The manager did not even come to speak to us and switched off his phone after we tried to call him. Please don't go by the photos put up on Google or travel websites, it's a complete scam.

First of all, Casa Azure and Aquolim Hotel are the same. Casa Azure property is slightly inside a small road and is a Gated - well maintained colony with good residential flats. Within the property they have a few rooms which are Hotel's Property. I am only giving it 3 stars because: The Pros: - It's pocket friendly! - It's just 5 mins walk away from the Beach! - They make you have breakfast in their other nearby property 'Aqua Marina'. The Cons: - There is hardly any staff available at times to address your queries. (As majority are available at their other nearby property 'Aqua Marina' - The Staff to attend you here are teenagers and not even proper hotel staff. - It's not well maintained and you might find furnishing issues. - No proper toiletries will be provided - I faced a power cut at my stay and there is power backup (though the colony have their own backup) and I had to wait for 2 hours for the same. So in short.. if you are running short on budget with no other options, only then go for this hotel.. OR if you are too fascinated just the Pros mentioned. Its not a hotel, just think of it as renting an apartment without much to amenities in low budget.

Hotel is close to the beach about 10 mins walking distance. Rooms are large, clean and well maintained. A big swimming pool with nice greenery all around. Staff is courteous. Location is also close to the main road.
