Our experience was disappointing. Despite making an advance booking, our group was not provided with three rooms together; instead, the rooms were allocated in different locations. There was no reception, and the owner was unavailable. Payments had to be made to the caretakers, who were unprofessional. The rooms were unclean with insects, and the AC didn’t work. The service was poor, and the checkout process was inconvenient. Not recommended.

Review Based Cost paid and Services Received - 3/5 Price: 4/5. As we went in the off season [mid of February], we got good offer price. Location: 3/5 - Location is 2 km away from both Calangute and Candolim Beach. Although property lies on the main road, so has good accessibilities. Room Cleaniness: 2/5 - **Not-So-Clean Room** When we checked in, the room was dirty, resembling a muddy space. When we asked the caretaker about cleaning, he initially claimed that they clean the rooms every other day, but upon our request, they did clean the room. Be prepared for unwanted guests; we had a mouse visit our room. Additionally, the bedsheet felt unhygienic, as if it hadn't been washed. The biggest negative aspect is the color of the bedsheets—they are blue. Property - 3/5 - Overall Property is average old Uncoloured buildings. Good swimming pool.

worst hotel, switches are not proper, not clean rooms properly don't trust on online photos. check in time is 12 its to late

Excellent Location, Clean rooms But Very Bad Service & Average Property. Booked 1 Month in advance, but I have been allotted Room on 3rd Floor, No Lift available. Luckily I did not travel with the kids. Only 1 Towel given for a Couple , No towels , No cleaning or No Service for 2 days. Mr Dinesh denied cleaning the room saying it's just 1 day, so they don't clean. He gave me a lecture that i should keep the room clean :-) Don't expect any help from hotel staff, you are on your own once you enter the room. They will respond you once you have to check out.
