The location is absolutely amazing, literally the closest resort from the beach . The entrance is very narrow and it’s hard to find. Rooms are good but our room had a defective lock. The breakfast was quite underwhelming though. Overall a nice experience, highly recommend.

We had booked beach view rooms for couple of nights. However we didn't get beach view room for 1st night. Rooms are not properly maintained. Our room had broken toilet seat, broken door lock and TV wasn't working. Property is nearby beach however only couple of 1st floor rooms have sea view. There is no parking place for hotel. The approach road is very narrow. Wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone.

We had rat in our cottage. Stayed for 4 full days but very poor room service. 4days no change of towels, to basic toiletries, no room cleaning, after telling them again and again. very limited breakfast options just 2-3 options. Wil kids its very difficult in such properties. And cost they charge against the services they gave were zero. no maintenance of cottages at all.

The room given to us was nice and clean with a balcony that had a sea view. The bathroom was also clean and nicely maintained. The service provided was great. The resort also had a pool and a spa that made our stay more relaxing. Overall ambiance was fantastic.. Would love to visit again..

1. The road is very narrow and congested so people with private cars dont even think of booking here. I booked this hotel for 3 nights looking at all the fancy photos on bookings.com. It was clearly stated that this place has private parking but they dont. The dirty and congested space that they call parking is a common parking for all. Once you leave your space there is no guarantee that you will get parking. The watchman himself told that out of 5 parking space 3 are owners vehicle. This space is littered with waste and bottles and it smells of piss.||2. The rooms were dirty and bed sheets and curtains had stains. The bathrooms also looked old and dirty. We were so depressed by all this we didnt stay and left immediately even though we had paid 30% advance and they didnt refund.||3. There was power cut and no backup at hotel when we arrived.||4. We were told breakfast is at the property but even that was a lie. They have some tie-up with nearby pathetic shack from were they arrange breakfast.||Thank god we shifted to another hotel.||Plz plz dont go here just coz its near beach.

The hotel's architecture is excellent complete wooden structure and is on the beach side 🤩which is like cherry on top. The staff was very polite👍 especially the receptionist Mr. John, the service was promt too. U get free breakfast consisting of 4 different dishes everyday and the food is yummm😋. I throughly enjoyed my stay there ❤

Warning: Do not book this hotel directly. I contacted this hotel directly to book two rooms and the booking was made by the Managing director Mr. Suchetan Randive, who informed me that he is a duty authorized person to act on behalf of the company. I had to cancel the booking due to the Omicron outbreak, three weeks before the cancelation deadline. When I called him he said that he will refund my money ASAP. I also received an email from the hotel reservation that they will refund it within 3 days. After that, there were no updates or refunds. I followed up several times through emails and phone calls to no reply. Finally I had to go through a legal process to get my money back. There are no business ethics for these people. I would not suggest them to anyone. Note: If they would have refunded me properly, I would have booked 10 rooms in the summer for my college alumni . Now they lost a big business.

Excellent resort with a direct beach access located close to heart of goa. The hotel lies on the quieter side of the calangute coast, however the most happening spots such as calangate, Baga, Titos lane are just 5-10mins away in a bike. We loved the location as this ensured our stay was peaceful without crowd/noisy all nighters but when we did want to head out to party or chill in the happening spots, they were extremely accessible. Throughout our stay were warmly assisted by the friendly hotel management. You will find yourselves pampered by the hotel, jumping into their amazing pool and always running out to the beach via their private exit. Thanks for giving us the perfect vacation!
