STRICTLY NOT FOR THE FAMILY. when we visited, a group of around 20 bachelors was already there occupying the whole 1st floor, cooking their own food on the 1st floor (outside their rooms) , drinking and roaming in the whole premises half naked. The guests are allowed to do anything in the guest house premises, that makes it ideal for bachelors ONLY. Rooms were with basic amenities, washrooms of the rooms on the 2nd floor are good. but the rooms and the overall property lacks cleanliness. If you want to go on 2nd floor, the way is from behind the 1st floor washroom windows and surprisingly they are partially open, NO PRIVACY. UMCOMFORTABLE for guests to reach the 2nd floor. CHECK OUT THE VIDEO. Its like slums. My gentle suggestion to the owner if they are reading this, please deny family bookings and make their goa trip better. I had booked 4 rooms for 2 days, but left after 1 day. The owner were cooperative for cancellation of 2nd day stay.

Excellent. Walking distance from beach. Near to main road. Near to restaurants. Care taker is super cool. It's feel like home. Clean and peaceful. Rooms have small refrigerator. Bring pen drive with movies will help you. They have only tv.

Nice place to stay at. Good value for money. The owner/host is extremely friendly and helpful.The rooms are basic but are quite spacious. The beds are a little hard and could be improved. But, overall, they are good for a budget traveller. AC rooms are also available but we opted for a non-AC room because the weather wasn't too hot. Not all of the rooms have a refrigerator, so if it important to you, then ensure you let the owner know before hand. The guesthouse is located very close to the beach - about 5 minutes walk. But, it is in a quiet and peaceful area. It is between Candolim and Calangute Beaches. The popular hangout areas of Baga are also not too far away and can be reached after a 20 minutes drive.

The rooms are pretty good . The owner is a lady sweet and helpful. The guest house is only 5 minutes away from beach. She serves Alu paratha for breakfast but it must be ordered early. She arranges scooty, cabs etc for your comfort and use. The place is good for family group.
