Hotel Plaza Inn by Rio

I'm not the best at writing reviews 😅, but I have to mention how good this hotel is! 🏨✨ It's super close to Calangute Beach 🌊⛱️, just a hop, skip, and a jump away! 🚶‍♂️ The hotel features extensive parking space 🚗👍 and a huge swimming pool 🏊‍♀️. Plus, there are fewer restrictions and the price is unbeatable. A fantastic choice! 💸🌟

In our four day stay here, opinion that Totally unprofessional staff, poor smelling rooms and also room service, even they don't change bath towel & soap/ shampoo after asking four times and says that " Towel abhi khatam ho gaya hai bhai " it's just disgusting. Swimming pool in tattered condition.. staff is looks like Road side "Dhaba ka ladka" One of my friend stay here last year, but those all staff were changed.. so, don't misslead by previous reviews..

Beautiful location market night life and full masti... If you want to enjoy the holiday choose this hotel.. staff and Manager behaviour is good n polite ready to help. Walking distance to Calangute beach ... Best hotel tasty food.

It was a nice stay if you want a pocket friendly stay. Specially the location. The hotel is in the posh area of North Goa near Shanta Durga Temple. You will get whatever u want just coming out of the hotel. Walkable distance from Calangute beach. Hotel Staff was very polite and supportive. Outside food/ beverage is also allowed at their in campus tables which is one of the best part. Clean rooms. In some rooms electric jar is not available but they provide hot water to drink if required. Overall experience is good.

Rooms were average, Pool was dirty and tiles of pool was broken. It caused injuries. There was only one cook in the entire restaurant, so they didn't took the order if there was a bulk order. To us, the staff were friendly and polite.

“This hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. The accommodation was unhygienic and poorly maintained. The food lacked quality and freshness. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstance.” Zero star rating for sure.
