Palm Resort

I stayed at Palm Resort , I have come from Pune and this is my 2nd time at this Resort, I loved the stay , the food was good, the stay was pleasant and the staff were very good and most importantly the rates are very reasonable , I have come with my family and it’s very safe to stay here , where everything is close by like the beach and shops and would come back . Whenever I think of coming to Goa I would always come back here as this place left a good vibes and pleasant stay . Would recommend others to come here for a reasonable stay and experience

“Waste of Money!” • “This resort is the epitome of bad hospitality. The room smelled musty, and there was no one available to clean up. I had to request extra towels and blankets multiple times before they were delivered hours later. The food was awful — I couldn’t believe they served such terrible quality. On top of that, the staff didn’t care at all. It’s a shame how poor everything was.”

Our stay here was a disaster. The room stank, the sheets were dirty, and we had to call housekeeping multiple times just to get fresh towels. The food was disgusting, nothing tasted fresh, and the portions were tiny. Service was nonexistent, and there was no one to help after hours. “Disappointing and Dirty” • “The worst experience at a resort I’ve ever had. The room had a horrible odor, like a mix of mildew and stale air. “Worst Vacation Ever!” “This resort was a disaster from the moment we arrived. The room had a stench that made me want to leave immediately, and the bedding was dirty. No one came to clean during our stay. The food was dreadful — we couldn’t even finish a meal without feeling sick. On top of that, there was no service after 8 pm. This resort was a diesaster from the moment we arrived . The room had a stench that made me want to leave immediately , and the bedding was dirty . No one come to clean during our stay. The food was dread ful.....we couldn't even finish meal with out feeling sick .There was no service after 8 pm . We had to wait even an hour for a simple request.

Where do I even start? The room was musty, the sheets were dirty, and I don’t think housekeeping ever cleaned anything. The food was disgusting—poor quality, bland, and nothing like the pictures they show. The service was nonexistent after 10 pm, and we couldn’t get anything when we asked. And of course, they didn’t provide any blankets, so we spent the night shivering. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere
