"Exceptional Service at Treebo Kristel Sands! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Treebo Kristel Sands, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. A special shoutout to Bernice, who was an absolute delight to interact with. Her warm smile, friendly demeanor, and eagerness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's amenities and cleanliness were also impressive. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with Treebo Kristel Sands and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay. I recently stayed at Kristal Sands Beach Resort and had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the resort was exceptional; the rooms and common areas were always well-maintained and spotless. The food offered a variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes. Each meal was flavorful and fresh. As for the service, the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxing beach getaway.

Hello everyone, basically their room service is very bad. When we asked for coffee they didn't send us because they didn't have milk which they could have at least informed us the minute we ordered. Secondly, there was no bucket and mug in the bathroom and no proper bathroom utilities were provided. We didn't eat anything from their restaurant so no comments. Swimming pool was good. Location of the resort is in the main area of north Goa which was easy for travelling. Overall, an average stay.

I visited this place recently, The hotel was booked by an agent. This place has got rooms for different occupancy 2-5 members. Beds are not queen or king size, they just attached two single beds. For the namesake they have a small fridge (not working), wardrobe (without keys, and drawers are not moving), AC (without control, all the time at 16°C), smart TV (no cable connection/ any OTT account). Hot water facility is there. They have got pool with lot of restrictions. Limited breakfast items with poor quality. Most of the time the restaurant is not working. The reception is with stubborn people and I saw the arguments between the customers (foreign &Indians) and the employees. Overall it's not a great experience.

Overall A Good Hotel at a very reasonable rate than others in Calangute. Beach is at a Walkable distance. Staff is polite, cooperative and helpful. Good Breakfast.

Third class hotel, dont go anyone here,The worst hotel in the world,The receptionist there has no common sense to talk to. I was stay there from 27 to 31 with my wife and facing worst behave from the ladies staff,Considering the amount of money it charges, this is not even a half-star hotel.A small lodge is much better than this.Even though I had told them my complete flight schedule of arrival and departure, they charged a penalty.People come from far and wide to see Goa I would like to please tell everyone not to waste your time and money by going to this resort.I request google please remove such resort so that people are not cheated

The room was in a bad shape. TV was provided but no cable was there. No bucket and mug was provided. The soaps and bodywash was watered down. The breakfast was bad and one day in the juice there was insects.
