Delmare Boutique Hotel

I recently stayed at a hotel with my family, and it was a truly awful experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone, especially families with kids. From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. The staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming, and it felt like no one cared about our comfort or safety. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with stains on the carpet and furniture that made us question whether the place was even properly cleaned. But what was most concerning was the lack of safety measures. There were exposed electrical outlets that were dangerously close to where the kids would be playing, and the door locks didn’t seem secure, making it hard to feel safe. To make matters worse, the hotel was located in a sketchy area with questionable people hanging around outside, which made us feel uneasy every time we left the room. There were loud noises late into the night, and we even witnessed some disturbing behavior in the hotel’s common areas. This was definitely not a place for a family, and we couldn’t wait to check out. It felt unsafe for both adults and children, and I strongly urge others to think twice before booking a stay here. A hotel should be a safe and relaxing place, but this one failed in every way imaginable.

It's near to the beach and the all the clubs and cafes yet enough faraway that you can actually enjoy the peace. The view is fantastic and the owner is really hospitable too!

This is one of the best AirBnb in North Goa. People who are looking for a quite and serene place to stay this should be in the list. The rooms are top notch and well maintained. Hygienic and a lot of ventilation. Car parking is available for 5 cars. It is very near to Sinquerim beach. The usp of the hotel is the view with a lush of greenary around you I will definitely visit again and will recommend to family and friends If there is a room for improvement. It will be better if you can provide an induction stove and cooking utensils on request basis. Overall very much satisfied with the stay .

Nice Stay…we liked it… Service was good… It’s just we didn’t used the pool because we didn’t find pool area well developed as other hotels offer…. we have stayed at all categories of hotels so my suggestion is they should maintain the pool area well… Also the housekeeping maids were good but they work just to complete as soon as possible.. I suggest they should be asked to clean rooms with a bit more attention
