NillVery disappointed with SinQ Party Hotel, Candolim. Basic requests were ignored, staff communication was arrogant, and even small issues were handled in an unprofessional way. Reception (a person called something like Chaitesh) was especially rude. Definitely not the same hospitality I experienced last year. For a hotel of this standard, the way they treated guests was very cheap and disappointing. Over small amounts like ₹100–200, they argued and behaved rudely. Even for a simple plate, we had to ask four times. Room cleaning was denied saying “not possible at this time.” Totally pathetic hospitality and not worth revisiting. I would rate this property below 1 star

NillIt was the best experience staying in the SinQ party hotel. No stags allowed in the hotel. Staff is good too. Loved their pool & bar. We had a great time there. Room gives major party vibes because of lights & sound system. Only drawback is they don’t provide doormat so room gets wet every time you go to washroom. Breakfast was so yummy & delicious with many options to eat & drink. The location of the hotel is very prime, you will find everything you need from the streets. Bike & car rental shops are nearby too. Sinquerim beach & aguada fort is nearest places to visit.

NillOur group had a really unpleasant stay at SinQ Party Hotel, Candolim. The attitude of the staff (chaitesh) was extremely unprofessional. For something as small as ₹100–200 they argued endlessly, which felt very cheap and insulting for paying guests. Even basic hospitality was missing — when we asked for a plate, we had to repeat the request four times before someone responded. Room service was equally disappointing. On asking for cleaning, we were flatly told “not possible today,” which is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one that claims to be a party property. At checkout, we were suddenly asked to pay extra for a pillow cover with a minor stain, despite being told earlier that our dues were clear. Instead of handling it politely, the receptionist spoke in a very rude and condescending way. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far from the warm hospitality one expects in Goa. For regular travelers like us, this was one of the most pathetic experiences — definitely not recommended.

NillI have been visiting Goa for the past six years and have stayed at multiple properties across both North and South Goa. Last year, I stayed here for my birthday, and the hospitality was wonderful — which is why I confidently returned this year with my friends and their infant child. Unfortunately, this year’s experience was extremely disappointing and completely opposite of last year. 1. Booking Miscommunication While booking, I specifically requested the same room as last year because of the loud music from the party area. Since we had an infant with us, I wanted to ensure the baby would not be disturbed. I was verbally assured that we would get the same room. However, upon arrival, we were told that the room was not available. This caused unnecessary stress and multiple back-and-forth discussions. Clear communication at the time of booking could have avoided this situation entirely. 2. Lack of Basic Courtesy During our stay, I requested something as small as a lighter to cut the cake. Instead of politely refusing, I was told bluntly that it was only for staff. When I raised this with the receptionist (the name sounded like Chaitesh or something similar), his response was: “Can you show me who told you this?” I was not trying to complain about an individual staff member — I simply expected courtesy and a process-driven approach. The dismissive and rude communication was shocking. 3. Infant Food Request Mishandled One of my friends was traveling with a six-month-old baby. During breakfast, we politely asked if we could take some idli to the room for the infant. The waiter agreed, asked for our room number, and assured us he would send it. We waited for over 3 hours, but nothing arrived. When we asked the reception, we were told “there is no such process” and again asked if we could “identify the staff member.” Instead of accountability or a simple apology, we were met with more rudeness. This was highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of a guest traveling with a baby. 4. Unpleasant Check-out Experience At the time of check-out, we were initially told our dues were clear. Later, we were suddenly called back and asked to pay ₹200 for a stained pillow cover, which had a small oil mark. As a hotel of this scale, such minor stains should be manageable with laundry. Instead, we were subjected to rude questioning by receptionist Chaitesh, who even compared it to “if this happened in your home.” Eventually, after “management approval,” the charge was reduced to ₹150. It was not about the money but about the way this was handled — with disrespect and no sense of hospitality. Another receptionist, who seemed to realize the unfairness, stayed silent and did not intervene. Overall, this year’s stay was pathetic compared to last year’s positive experience. Hospitality is not just about providing rooms, but about how you treat your guests. The rude tone, miscommunication, and lack of accountability ruined our stay. SinQ Party Hotel Candolim urgently needs to retrain staff — especially receptionist Chaitesh — in communication, guest handling, and professional hospitality. As a frequent Goa visitor for six years, I strongly feel that this property’s service standards have dropped significantly. I will think twice before recommending or staying here again. If the rating scale allowed it, I would rate this property below 1 star
