NillThe hotel room was spacious and room service was good. However, the lift was not closed properly sometimes due to which we had to go walking to 3rd floor. Overall the experience was good.

NillVery bitter and worst experience with Vihasta resort they not give services very poor services bed sheets and pillow cover very dirty and toilet are too dirty. After 1:00 p.m check out they charged 50% room charged .key missing change too much I suggested to all peoples don't go don't stay this property I feel very bad

NillWorst and pathetic service by fabhotels and vihista. I had booked this hotel more than a month in advance, after reaching the property (which was on the 3rd floor), the Owners tell me no room is available. Inspite of paying advance 850/- rs which was requested by them to secure the booking. I overheard the owner saying that someone booked the entire property the day before for some function. Atleast have the minimum decency to inform a customer or provide free alternatives.... My elderly mother had to sit on the staircase with our two suitcases in the hot sun. All this while I had to talk to staff and customer care for one hour!! To no avail, we were forced to cancel the booking and find alternative hotels which were all mostly booked. Fabhotels gave us an alternative which was 2x the price, the least they could do was help us out knowing that the booking was cancelled due to their negligence... A nightmare of a Day for us after traveling all the way from Mumbai. Would NEVER EVER recommend this place or Fabhotels to anyone in the future... Absolutely pathetic

NillThe place had so much negative energy that we couldn't sleep all night. The customer service rep who did the booking didn't even bother to ask if we wanted an AC or non AC room, when i questioned him he had the audacity to say all amenities r on the website. What has that even got to do with the service provided , ofcourse I saw the amenities n then booked. Wifi password wasn't given the guy on duty said he'll give it in the morning despite we told him that we were leaving in the morning.
