Beautiful, clean, big bedroom, decent functional amneties. You will get one of the two 1BHK flats, and they are pretty much exactly as pictured. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and will try to accommodate any request. You will need a mode of transport to reach the beach etc. but everything is a short drive away and the host can help you out. It's not a hotel so you will need to bring your own toiletries etc but there is a shop right outside and another down the street, and a supermarket about 5mins ride in any direction. I'll definitely consider this place again when I'm next in Goa.
