Aqua Beach Stays (Ashwem Beach)

This stay was really good with sea view beach and beautiful location. Food and service is also good. Rooms are neat and clean. I really loved the stay very much.

Property right on Ashvem Beach Sea view rooms are amazing and big enjoyed my stay here always. Staff here is very friendly and helpful breakfast provided was good and fresh can possibly eat right on beach if you wish. You can actually walk from the beach here to Morjim if the tide allows you ( if you like dance restaurants there are many around this hotel right on the beach for Food and drinks. Will stay here again.

If you want peace of mind and a beach all to yourself then this is the place to be. Location It's located near Gyatso restaurant & next to Silent beach resort. It's one of the corner most resorts on Ashwem beach. The best beach one could ask for. Rooms The beach facing rooms have a breathtaking view. You have a glass between you & the sea. You can sit in your room and enjoy the sunset view. Staff Mr Shahrukh from Lucknow owns this place and he's really sweet and helpful. Shaun is the manager and stays close to the property. He gives the best suggestions for places to go to. Alam is an awesome guy working there. Very sweet kind and helpful. All their staff is very good. Food The breakfast is sumptuous and very fulfilling. It consists of boiled eggs, french toast, poha, scrambled eggs, poori aloo, corn flakes, bread, butter, jam & watermelon juice. Everything is well cooked and very tasty. Beach beds They have nice umbrellas and beach beds. Their service at the beach is slightly slow but it's ok. They do provide beach towels on demand. They have a shower outside to clean all the sand. Service The service is amazing. The rooms were cleaned everyday and whatever you ask for is given by them. They have a beautiful deck which provides the sun set view. We stayed in room 103 & it has the best view. Overall ratings Food 4/5 Service 5/5 Room view 10/5 Beach access 5/5 Looking forward to going there again.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE! The hotel is probably being run by some inexperienced locals as their isn’t any hospitality. We paid 7500/night for their KING ROOM with Sea View which comes with complimentary breakfast. 1. On reaching the resort we realised they don’t have a restaurant and their are only 5 breakfast items to choose from, most of which we eat at home daily such as poha,omelette,bread,milk muesli,aloo paratha. They don’t even provide complimentary water from the 2nd day of your stay. 2. They don’t clean the room at all. We found COCKROACH & SPIDERS almost everyday. I have attached photos of them. They won’t clean your room for next day stays unless you ask them to. And for cleaning they have some very inexperienced teenagers who have never been questioned for their work and they know that no one ever will. 3. We booked their most expensive room which in September was 7500 per night because the view in the photos they sent was nice. Upon reaching we realised that it was not at all like we saw. All we could see is banana leaves outside the glass and some plastic cover. No sea view. They are just too careless. No one came to carry the luggage back to our car during checkout as they were too busy deciding their pricing for the on season ( oct nov dec ) 4. They wont provide anything between 2:30pm - 6:00pm as the kitchen is closed. Not even tea at 5:00 in the evening. 5. Anything ordered from the menu takes more than an hour to be served, even TEA.

The perfect pleasent staycation with friends and family. It’s also kid friendly. The beach is the bestttttesttt in goa (because we’ve been in mulitple beaches, I would blindly say this is the best and safest beach for even kids or beginners to bathe in the sea. Coming to their service, it was the best. They could improve their breakfast options, but other than that everything was the best. The property directly opens up to the beach and we have a great vacation time with our family. It’s very private and very good. Raj gave us suggestions to and hosted us well. Definitely it’s a rare find. Don’t book through websites, just make them a call and book to get the best prices!

Overall everything was good except for the complimentary breakfast.. there is a menu in the room and it would be great if you can have like two choices.. one option per person is not enough and quantity was sad.. very sad especially if when you re on a holiday… taste was good thou!! Staff very friendly and helpful.. only complaint is with the food.. Also a weird musty smell which I guess was due to monsoon but the room was clean..
