My booking was for a suit room with breakfast and dinner... They declined the breakfast.. I had to again spend good amount of money from my pocket for breakfast and dinner... since I saw all this happen, I asked them before check-in if I will be provided good room (suit) as I have booked the same.. They said yes, and hence I took the key and checked-in.. And guess what.. I was given a room... Oh actually it was worst thn a store room... Because; 1) No TV in room 2) Mini fridge was there only for show . 3) this was the worst part,, the room was filled with insects and reptile.. 4) the bed cover, towel, and mostly blankets smelled like hell.. Like you are in some hospital.. When I went to them with complaint that you promised good room and have given such a bad room.. Their answer was "you booked online, they will pay to makemytrip, and thn makemytrip will pay to us which is hardly any amount, hence we cannot give you a good room, if you want you can cancel the booking (obviously they knew that's not possible as per the policy) and was forced to stay in that room please dont book this hotel

I don't know how this hotel got such a good rating.. May be they have made their staff and known people to rate at such as it doesn't worth ... 1) Paid 2500 /- for a night online and was confirmed. But when visited they were not knowing the booking and had to wait for an hour for check-in 2) My booking was for a delux room with breakfast.. And guess what. They declined the breakfast.. Such a nightmare it was.. So.. If you are booking this hotel.. Make sure you check room which is being provided by them and if all the things are in good ways and in proper ways.. Else.... You know what I mean...

Located at a distance from the Morjim Road. Does not provide a compact feeling but is open and ventilated property The service and the food is quite good, the rooms could be better. The menu is reasonably priced. Do not book through Oyo they charge very high for this property. Please contact the owner directly, if you find hard time in getting the number, drop me an email and I will share the owners number. Not at all a collection property but decent enough for a night or two. Sheela, Sumit and Sunil , thank you for the service.

I Have visited this hotel for 5 days and superb hospitality by staff and amazing atmosphere. Very good Location and walkable beach ⛱️ 👌

Good hotel with a beautiful pool to chill. Average rooms though. The food is amazing, the chef and the host are very friendly.

Good place to stay, very peaceful place, swimming pool is small but good, ashween Beach is 550 meters from here,receptionist Sheela is polite and helping.

Oyo and hotel were fraud please dont book from oyo Hotel guy took 1k rs and oyo took 927 rs Oyo said will get refund but no refund till now
