Food at their restaurant is amazing , hygenic and cost friendly. Don't try looking for other options nearby. They are all costly with very less quantity.

An impromptu plan with a great deal for us friends. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were neat and tidy, cleaning was regularly taken care off! They need work on thier breakfast menu and eating options here though. But the stay was all fine, a budget friendly stay! The beach is right across the road! 😍

Budget Friendly, no swimming pool, limited parking near hotel but its safe to park at roadside. Very neet to mandrem beach. Recommended resturant is sea creak at mandrem beach. Rooms are soacious and clean. Food is okay at restaurant. great staff and very helpful.

Rooms are very basic. There is no refrigerator or sofa inside the room. They have two chairs and a very small round table which can hardly handle food for two people. Breakfast in the morning is not good. There is a very limited option and the taste is not that good. Restaurant food prices are expensive compared to other cafes nearby. Only positive point of this hotel is location. But They do have quite good service. They need to improve in terms of room and in house food options.

I would say a pretty decent stay, nothing excusive. The rooms are good😊. Ocean view is difficult 😔 because the beach 🏖️ is accross the road & with the trees 🌴 around. Just that it's walking distance to Ashwem beach. Complimentary breakfast 🍳 served isn't elaborate but good.

It's a good and clean hotel...beach is like 2 min walking from the hotel. Though it says Beachfront, it's not on the beach but it's near to the beach. Food is okay but not lot of options is available. Eateries are nearby.
