Rooms were clean and spacious but they don't have Wifi and no drinking water was given

The hotel has no elevator service. It’s mostly not working. We ask for receipt, they say we need full payment in cash and card won’t work. And there’s no wifi! It’s a total waste of money.

Worst hotel One shouldn't even think about staying here. I went to goa for business trip on very short note. I reached Panjim late at night so I didn't have energy to explore hotels physically. So I checked into this hotel. They charges some 2400/Night. I found so many negative points here 1. Hotel building is quite structure just painted from exterior side. 2. A/C was not working properly 3. Rooms were not at all clean 4. Washrooms were dirty 5. Forget about hot water I couldn't even get normal water 6. Flush and Jet spray were not in functional state 7. Room service is pathetic; I couldn't even get a bottle of drinking water. 8. I asked for towel and pillow when I checked inn and eveb after reminding them for multiple times they didn't even give me until I checked out. 9. Felt like there was consumption of illegal stuff was happening as I was able to smell it while passing through passage and hotel staff was cool about it. Good thing about hotel is it has own shaded parking which was difficult to find in that area.

I've been to Kenis for the second time. first time i stayed there around 11years back. the hotel is the same as it was 11years ago. The rooms are comfortable, the service is good. the best part is that it is in main city Panaji and very near to the main markets. you can visit the markets in the evening. the hotel is surrounded by a number of nice north indian restaurants. Also, if you want to hire a bike or scooter they get it arranged for you at cheaper rates.||||The rates are also affordable, INR Rs.450 for non-ac rooms and 850 for AC rooms. both rooms have TV, attached bathroom, a double bed, a study table, cupboards, dressing table and a nice big window in the room.||||would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel is in city centre, and we stayed for 2 days there. The first impression was it a shopping complex or a hotel because the ground floor has number of shopping establishments plus hotel reception counter. It felt like check-in into a guest house rather than into a hotel...After check-in we had to upgrade to AC room because the non-AC rooms were not to the standards of an average traveller - particularly beds felt like sleeping on granite slabs and the bathrooms were not clean. AC rooms were somewhat better but we found red ants running inside the large photo frame just above our beds in the AC room (we braced for ant attack while sleeping). The beds were better here but we had to keep demanding more and more from the lone attender, and somehow managed to make ourselves comfortable during our stay. As the hotel was centrally located, they served no food; not even coffee... but there's choice of restaurants around to explore. The reception was helpful in arranging sightseeing requirements and other general information. Overall we would recommend only AC rooms in this hotel.

Only location is in the heart of the city. This hotel need immediate renovation. I stayed there on 18 th February 2022 with family and have disappointing experience w rooms. Rooms are not maintained, bathroom fittings are loose, TV not functioning, no hot water in the morning and many more. One can't stay in with family there.

Good budget hotel. Its very old hotel. Maintenance was not good. Its okey to stay. Double room 1400 rs. Single room 900 rs without AC. With AC its around 1800 rs for double room. Some people at the reception money minded. You need to pay the room rent by each day morning or pay the full amount in advance.

Location is Good as it is in the heart of the City. Room facility is average. Cost is within the budget. The staff is courteous. The bathroom facilities are also just average. It was a visit with my wife. The best is the location the least liking is bathroom.
