The non AC room was cool. And clean. And the bathroom looked new. All taps where shining, nothing dirty. It was perfect. Value for your money.

I think it's a wonderful place to stay like as home. Moreover, Panjim's famous church is nearly 2 to 3 minutes walkable distance from this hotel. This is the Midwest place to connect all tourist places. The room price is nominal. it is Very clean and sanitary. The proprietor and staff behaviour is polite and humble. I am very proud to say this is one of the best in Goa.

Room is very nice and clean and neat by bas stand and market and famous colour house and nearby Church and staf is very helpful manager also and room price very reasonable
