Palm Air by Goa Signature Stays

I've been a regular guest at Hotel Palm Air for the past 2 years, and I can confidently say that it keeps getting better. Recently, they started serving lunch and dinner, and I must say, the food is absolutely amazing! The Mutter Paneer, in particular, was a standout—delicious and flavorful. The staff is always polite, welcoming, and attentive, making each visit a pleasant experience. Overall, my stay was exceptional, and I highly recommend Hotel Palm Air to anyone looking for a comfortable and delightful experience. Keep up the great work! ❤

The rooms are below average. The sheets, comforter, towels and pillow covers were so old. Walls had stains. Room did not have intercom. Very dull room. Door makes sound. Washroom door is little broken. Tap fittings are loose. Housekeeping did not even clean the room and washroom on the 2nd day. Overall a very poor experience. It's not worth the money.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Palm Air. The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and friendly. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the café on the ground floor, which had a great ambiance and delicious options. The breakfast was satisfying and well-prepared. Moreover, the hotel is located in a safe and peaceful area, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely visit again!

Check-out 31 Dec 2024 Nights 2 Room 1 9.6 “Good stay with family” Rooms are very tidy. Neat and clean. Peaceful area away from chaos of goa. All major beach are 30 min drive. Location is near all casinos and cruise. Good option in complimentary breakfast. Overall had a pleasant stay

Our stay in this hotel was okay, but it was below average. The double suite had 1 living room and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Overall, it was spacious and comfortable for us. As we had arrived a few hours early before check-in, we were allowed to keep our bags in a small room located behind the receptionist and we finished our visit to the Cathedral before check-in. Another good thing about this hotel is the location, it’s peaceful and close to the Miramar beach. Now the disadvantages. The hotel housekeeping was very very POOR. During our stay, they not even once cleaned our rooms. Neither the trash was collected, nor the used cups and glasses replaced. Even though we left our keys at the receptionist, they still didn't do it. The floor was also very dirty. The breakfast room was small and the tables provided were very small which could accommodate only 2 people. But the breakfast options were ok.

Overall, Hotel Palm Air is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Goa. The combination of great hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and an ideal location makes it a standout option. Highly recommended!

Great location, Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, breakfast was good and great service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Morning I reached early only at hotel 7am, girl was very helpful she didn't said me that check in is at 2pm so you have to wait nothing like that, her response was really nice she checked in me in 5min this was very helpful, I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Thank you so much Pavan and girl I'm really sorry I didn't ask the name, thank you so much guy's.

This was my 2nd stay at this beautiful place... Everything is just perfect here... The girl at the reception is so nice that she will smile and greet u so lovingly... The staff is also so helpful... Had a great staycation.
