I had a really pleasant stay at Ginger Goa. The management team runs the place very smoothly — everything feels organized, clean, and welcoming. The staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which really makes a difference when you’re away from home. A special thanks to Purushottam ji, who cleaned my room every day with such care and consistency. He’s incredibly polite and always makes sure everything is spotless and comfortable. It’s small gestures like his that truly make the stay memorable. Overall, a great experience with excellent management and a hardworking, friendly team. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Goa!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The rooms were spotless, well-designed, and equipped with everything I needed. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. The restaurant served delicious food with a variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. What impressed me most was the warm hospitality and attention to detail shown by every staff member. The location is convenient, close to attractions and transport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city."

I stayed at Ginger Hotel Goa for a few days, and honestly, it was a really nice experience. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and everything worked smoothly. No hassles at all.||But what really stood out to me was the food and the people at Qmin. The meals were simple but fresh and tasty, and I want to especially thank Priti, who was always smiling and made sure we were comfortable. She remembered small things from our previous orders and checked in to see if everything was fine. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference.||Overall, it’s a good, comfortable place to stay if you’re visiting Goa. Nothing over the top, just genuinely good service and warm people. Would definitely come back.

The check-in experience was very poor. The person in the reception did not have the experience to talk to any guest. It's strictly a turn off for any traveller travelling to goa and coming in this hotel. Would expect a better experienced personel in the reception for a better check-in experience. |No welcome drinks provided. Receptionist did not check the booking vouchers properly and when tried to tell her about all the vouchers/packages included during booking like breakfast, food voucher, welcome drinks, etc., she was not even willing or ready to listen to any queries or guests. Its very rude and unprofessional behaviour. |Rooms were clean and with all necessary amenities. Food was average (better outside). |Also there is a travel desk in the hotel which is renting scooty/bike/car at a price which is almost twice than any outside bike/car rent shop.

Service was very good. All the staffs are very helpful and kind and cooperative. Specially nilaapu is very humble and very helpful. All the staffs deserves special appreciation for resolving any issues within few minutes. Kudos to all the staffs of this hotel. Sandeepal is also very helpful and cooperative. It was a pleasant stay|Food and atmosphere very good |Chotti and Simran subela very excellent|Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

This was the worst Ginger property I’ve ever stayed in. Basic amenities like towels had to be requested multiple times, even though they should have been provided automatically after cleaning. There were no basic first-aid supplies available, and the hotel seemed severely understaffed—there was only one female employee on the 8 a.m. shift, and when assistance was needed, she said she couldn’t leave the reception. Overall, it was a horrible experience.
