Hotel Rego

We had to check out by 12-00 noon at some other place, whereas our bus was at 9-pm , and it did not sense well to continue at that rate.||So we picked up Rego. The property was just OK for temporary and intransit lodging near the bus stand , with many amenities nearby. ||The rate was cheap 800 negotiated to 600 , since the AC did not work.||Hot and cold shower was available , toilets however were bit dirty and just manageable , with family.||Not much of expected facilities , no towels , soaps , linens were cheap .||We some how managed the in transit hours , instead of hovering under the sun , that's all. Small TV was also there and whose volume frequently fluctuated on its own . Overall a safe place

One of the worst hotels in Panjim. Had to book it only because it was behind Panjim bus stand but will never ever again book any room here. The staff is so rude with customers, especially there's an old man who behaves very rudely with customers. The rooms were so dirty and the bed was smelly and there's just one small tubelight for such a room and bathroom oh my God, there is only 1 common washroom and bathroom for the whole hotel and everyone should use the same. Very dull rooms and dirty.

I like to share some imp points here. 1) group friendly. ( I think it's not so good for families and girls alone) 2) the location of hotel is very convenient it is near from St stand, restaurants, rental bike shops etc. 3) if you have budget around 1200₹ per day. It's ok to have this hotel. Rooms are not so fancy but it's only for sleep at night. Important tip- there are small insects in room so be aware.

It's just beside, Panjim Bus stand. But, Compared to Room & other amenetioes it's too much costlier. Door mat, TV, even mirror is not there in rooms. No cleanliness, towels & blankets are not properly washed. Instead of staying here, search for alternative.

Remember being to this place 3 years back.. Good for bachelor s, cheaper, decent staff.. Room for families are also available.. Near to bus stop.. A good non veg hotel on its ground floor..

Hi All,||||I was told that check-out time @ Hotels in Panaji is 9.00 O'clock morning! I was surprised as it was my first trip to Panaji..I was not aware of this...||||So people traveling first time to Panaji, please make note of this and plan accordingly (Specially if you are planning to stay near-by KTC Interstate Bus stand in Panaji).. ||||Hope this cool stuff info helps :)||||Regards

Newly painted good rooms Well maintained rooms and washroom 24/7 hot+ cold water Easily accessible to other major places Very close to Panjim bus stand Reasonable price Friendly management Secure and safe place for family to stay
