I think a new best place to stay . They are new property so also try and give the best possible service and are on toes to keep customers happy. I stayed for 3 nights and had a very nice experience at the pool and bar. They have a amazing hugeeeeee pool.

STAY AWAY!!! HELL IS BETTER than this resort! No hot water No steady power supply No steady water supply Loose fittings RUDE MANAGEMENT - AGM is behind Money I booked for 3 nights and ran out in two days P.S still have to pay for 3 nights Worsen My Holiday experience :(

The food is literally amazing i love tha ambience and the hospitality i have tried some of restaurant before but trust me this one has amazing food . The staff is very helpful The way staff treats to costumer is like a family member . I love the staff to be honest.

Location wise good neat and clean room's new property clean pool and restaurant , food were delicious also recommended best part of hotel on main road in assagao near to all beach.
