It's a third class hotel for Sutta kind of people not going to suggest any one the worst part of this hotel it's in out north goa and mostly good place s are in south goa you have to expense lot of money in the transport only also no breakfast and area is full of shit you get die with hunger also staff management was very bad we were forced to vacate our room within one hour even we told we need extension for one hour

Very nice, neat and clean Rooms. 1. 04 kilometres to beach ⛱️ from hotel. There's a very good outdoor swimming pool. The pool is very neat and clean. Affordable.rent for Rooms. Parking space is very poor. Very good service. No wheelchair ♿ accessibility and toilet 🚽 fecilities for Physically Handicapped persons. pathetic place with shabby ambience l. Also they have not updated their details on agoda, so if you pay online on agoda ....they won't allow you to stay in.

Stayed here for a night, I'd say it is overpriced. The studio room which I stayed wasn't hygienic, had exposed wires and loads of stains on the wall. Worst of all, the next room is attached and is covered by not so thick wall and there's a door connecting to it. WHICH WASN'T LOCKED. (I locked it later) So you can literally hear everything spoken in the next room. Check-in was smooth and fast. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Vagator. So it's easily accessible to other joints. Service was good too and they have a pool. and Parking should not be an issue.

Had made a booking for 2 room for 4 of us from the 27th May till 31st May preety place but not worth it we were given rooms on different floors and not the room s that we paid for then due to out tickets getting cancelled we had to extend our stay so they shifted us to the studio room because they were charging extra for the room s we were in we had not even checked out and had had already mentioned of extending our stay The studio room there was no current the whole night no water flies all around the room inspite of informing them they did not they asked us go and put on the inverter every 15 min not worth paying 1700 per night with no electricity or water worst experience more over the rest of the rooms had there electricity we could clearly ear everything form the next room which was connected just through a door which was not even locked .
