Located upside hill area near small Vagator which is known as Ozran beach area, next to Thallasa - one of the famous Greek Resto in Goa. We stayed at Deluxe cottage (which is smaller than Premium Cottages), but no complain because they have all the amenities, clean linen, small but clean bathroom. But if you need to order food, you need to walk to the reception because they don't have phone connection in the room.||||To calm your senses have breakfast or beer near the pool area facing towards the sea. Enjoy sunset and songs play by Thallassa which you can hear it very clearly because the resort sharing the wall with Thallassa.||||Food is amazing. They took time to prepare it but its worth waiting. Food will not be available 3pm - 7pm because the kitchen is close, though you get many options to go around. ||||To go to beach you need to climb down the stairs, it just 2 mins walk from the resort. ||||Note: ||- If you don't like loud music, this place is not for you. ||- The resort doesn't accept card payment, may be they have started now. Kindly check before you book. ||- If you wish to hire two or four wheeler, you will get it easily near the resort. ||- Hill Top Goa (one of happening open night club in Goa) is just 5 mins far from the resort.

The hotel is in prime location of Vagator. It is next to thallasa (famoue greek restaurant) and ozran heights resort on the other. ||||We had booked deluxe cottage. the rooms were neat and clean. Very close to the beach. Breakfast was complimentary and food was so relishing. ||||Yup...The butter garlic prawns were just awesome. Nice sitout..with a beautiful beach view and good music from thallassa. ||||There's nothing much we could ask for. This place is perfect for family with kids. ||People at hotel were kind, friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

Location:||Its located in front of sea with an amazing view at vagator. Pool is small compared to others. The worse part is, its located next to Thalassa. So be prepared for loud music till late night. Its not at all recommended to family as sound is too loud to give you a sleep.||||No water activities near Vagator beach. so you need to drive 25 mins to Baga.||||Service:||We got a free upgrade from standard room and staff was pretty helpful. Breakfast was pretty ordinary and do not have high expectations. AC is pretty strong so summers dont matter. Cottages do not get hot.||||Verdict:||Lovely cottages close to sea but would think twice to visit again due to loud music till late night from Thalassa. Seperated by just a wall.

We stayed for three nights 4 days. The view from the room you cant beat it,the view from the pool too amazing, superb rooms, chilled out place.The biggest advantage its location- beautiful location and good crowd.Next to the the renowned restaurant THALASSA. We had only breakfast there o cant say much about food but breakfast in all the days were mouth watering.||Cons- rooms needs some maintenance, like my rooms had broken flush,broken bathroom door handle, broken curtain, defective ac.||Though staffs are very friendly but they are like really lazy, cleaning rooms will take whole day, clearing plates will take time too.

This is an amazing hotel, right next to Thalassa. We booked online when we couldn't find the hotel we wanted to book. So we were little skeptical. But as soon as we reached there we were more than happy. The rooms were really clean. Service was on point. Manager was really helpful. ||Overall a very pleasant stay.||Also beach is easily accessible.

when you make booking online you are always skeptical until you end up at that place. We had booked Aryans for a 5K per room per night & looking at the pictures we were doubtful if the place would turn out to be exactly the way it was shown in the pictures. But when we checked in we were just taken aback by the view - the rooms are sea facing and then in the middle of the view lies the pool. Woahhhh!!||||The rooms, the washrooms & the facilities were pretty much on the point. The beach is very accessible & so is Thalassa. Thalassa & Aryans are literally neighbors which saved us a lot of time & money you can say. We partied at Thalassa in the evening, ate & came back & then jammed by the pool side dancing to the tune of the music being played at Thalassa.

Things could be much better for this place with lovely sea view. But they need to do better. Rooms can be done better (lights, fan sound etc.) If Owner can pick the phone when required, it will be great. Next to Thalasa so prepared for music till late night.

Location- awesome and believe me it's not the strongest point, why u stay here|rooms here are like 😍😍😍✌🏻✌🏻🤘🏻|U should visit here if u r visiting thalassa for food, Stay here for one night atleast n u can book from Agoda like I did. |Food here is marvellous again a strong point, u should eat butter garlic prawns here n garlic fish, fish curry with rice, n veg paneer butter masala, and many more dishes are sexy , if u r foodie u vl love it. |Rooms- these are worth the money of 15k as I visited here in December 31st n worth it |The sea facing room is just mind blowing
