Hi I recently stayed at your hotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Specifically, I'd like to commend staff members for their outstanding service. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. I booked two premium rooms and requested it to be adjoining which I didn't get so instead they provide me 1 luxurious room with same floor as another premium room. Breakfast was superb and delicious with much varieties. Rooms were cleaner. Once, our room floor was wet because we just had pool activities & came back to room for change, call reception 2-3 times & even get requested physically to mob it, but they didn't. Pool is good & almost every staff members. Really swift check in & check out.

Okean De Goa is a great choice for a stay near Anjuna Beach. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the location is just a short distance from the beach, making it very convenient. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Awful Experience - Do Not Stay Here! I stayed at this hotel today and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. 1. Bed Bugs and Dirty Toilets: The presence of bed bugs made it impossible to sleep. The toilets were filthy and clearly not cleaned properly. 2. Unwashed Sheets: It was alarming to find that the sheets hadn’t been washed between guests. This is unacceptable and a major health hazard. 3. No Morning Water: From 6 to 8:45 AM, there was no water for a shower. After making 30 unanswered calls, I had to resort to ordering bottled water to freshen up, only to be charged for it. 4. Terrible Staff: The staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Customer support was the worst I’ve ever encountered, particularly from one individual who was incredibly rude. 5. Misleading Photos: The property looks nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. Don’t be fooled; those images are at least five years old and do not represent the current state of the hotel. 6. Insects in the Beds: I found black insects in the bed that left my skin itchy all night. It was a truly miserable experience. I hope this review helps future guests avoid the same nightmare I went through. Please, save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

The hotel with the worst service I have ever stayed in. The management is not well trained and arrogant as well, they just put their staff in a tough spot in front of the guests. The room was stinking during our stay, even after they had changed our room. Amenities are good for nothing it's just a gimmick. They claim to be 4-star but if inspection landing with 1/2 star will be challenge. Save your money, time and vacation!

Very very very very very very very very very very Worst experience with this hotel . This hotel doesn’t deserves a star and place in hospitality category. No proper maintenance . Every where water sea page. Less manpower. No attentiveness at the restaurant. Staff is least bothered. If you are not able to run a restaurant, please do shut it down. Breakfast was terrible. Availability of breakfast was not managed in respect to no of guests. All the guests were kept waiting for plates,food .
