The location is good. The hotel is on the 11th floor, but the lift is there and you can easily reach there. The quality of the room is good but the washrooms are not maintained and too small in size . The manager is arrogant and won't listen to you. The market is nearby and you can easily access the needy things.

Worst hotel . Very poor staff . Flush not working . No complimentary water . And this very tall lean guy is extremely rude and mannerless . Never go there . Other good hotels are there nearby. Not worth money they ask for . I REPEAT NOBODY SHOULD GO THERE

So, I booked this hotel for me (solo) and they gave me a 3 sharing room with 3 single beds just because they had all the other rooms full. The room that they provided to me was not cleaned prior to check in and was really dirty. I would not recommend this hotel for your stay.

Very respectful staff, the rooms and cleanliness is very good. The kitchen cook makes very tasty food. Over all had a good experience 👌

Worst creaky building ever in which this hotel is located, even lift is not serviceable many time. Manager is egoistic and showing attitude, not at all cooperating. Bedsheet and blanket was dirty and used when I checked in, I had to tell them to change then also they didn't changed. Also no shower in the bathroom, one has to use dirty bucket.
