Avalon Hotel and Banquets by DHR Pvt Ltd

I’m currently staying at the hotel. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. The hotel is dirty. Bathroom is dirty and has a very strong smell of phenol. There mosquitos in both the bathroom & bedroom. Service is non existent. On arrival I had to tell them to clean between the bed & side cupboards as full of dust, hair & cobwebs. I had no make 6 requests for toilet roll. Real flipant attitude. Originally gave me a rum that was occupied by someone else. Breakfast is very poor. The restaurant is not clean. Only clean the areas that are at clear view. But in the booths the floor is filthy. I would not return. Only taken as was desperate to be near to a hospital.

One of the worst hotel i have ever stayed. They gave me room with No telephone, you can not call restaurant, reception or housekeeping. They gave me room with toilet just 5 inches away from the opposite wall. Practically it is impossible to seat on it. After arguing they offer me some dirty room with lots of dust on carpet which was smelly and unbearable. Again after arguing they said they don’t have room left in hotel so i ask for upgrade with extra payment. They gave me 1 some suit room which is even worst. Lots of paint and water patches on wall, dirty carpet and spotty bed sheet which is uncleaned. Really night mare for me to stay at this place.

I was here for a session on investment. Overall the food was good , the service was fine... Locating too is good although it may be a concern in case of large gathering events they have basement parking. Not sure on rooms as I didn't stay here presume they are good.. they also have a restaurant where ala carte is available.

They don’t care about customer service, old rooms ac doesn’t work, water leakage mould on bathroom walls broken tiles rusty wash basin fitting, they don’t give you water bottles even after asking twice thrice

Never come here. Abandoned property. They do not have anything bcz no one comes here. Stay away, cheap properties have their risks.

Best Hotel for Comfortable Stay. Mainly neat and clean spacious rooms. Variety of items with exclusive spacious dining area. Very co-operative Staff. Mr. Ramesh Patel's behavior and support was outstanding. I personally appreciate his support even after I checked out the Hotel. So nice.

It was my first visit here and the banquet was on ground floor and in full summer season all airconditioners were not working. Almost banquet was full with public and they had provided air cooler which was meaningless. Food quality is also not at par, service was not so good

I stayed here for more than a month for my corporate stay booked by my client company. Service provided here is pathetic. You dont get any wifi range to your room. A.c is turned off in the mid night. Washrooms are not clean. All rooms doesn't have kettle. You dont get a kettle even after asking many times, while in their room service it is written that kettle would be provided. My colleague found a rat in his room, but no action taken even after complaining. Blood stains in Bedsheets . There are many such problems faced during the stay. Worst experience
