NillGood room. Service needs work on. They do it cater automatically to basic work necessities like cleaning giving new bathrobes. You need to call help desk a few times to get work done. The staff is mainly consisted of under 18 boys who have less experience on hotel management and customer satisfaction.

NillThey have redone the rooms - they all have fresh paint and new fittings now. The lift is shared with 4 other establishments so it is not clean. Staff is polite but could be friendlier. Food is good. If there was a 3.5 I would give it, but ok 4 then.

NillOverall Ok. Rooms are clean But toilet seats no Clean. Service Very poor. Everything and everytime we need to ask, For Towels, For Shampo or Soaps, Water. Nothing is available before your arrival. Location? Very Bed. 5th Gloor of Old Building. Roomes Worth Just 300-400₹ They have fix price ₹1500 per night.

NillIt's advisable to book anywhere but this place. In the same building on the 4th floor is a hotel that charges almost the same amount for the rooms and is exponentially cleaner. We had booked two rooms here for three days and we had informed the management that we would check-in at 10PM since our flights were late. On arrival at the hotel our rooms were not ready and in fact had been given to someone else. We waited for more than an hour for our rooms, during this time there was continuous discussion with the person at the reception counter and another person who I assume was the owner, where they insisted our rooms were already given to us earlier in the day. Eventually when we did get our room is was not even cleaned. The sheets had brown dirt stands on them and they were visibly used prior to being given to us. The bathroom had paan stains in the sink and in the corners. It was unlivable, but since it was so late we had no choice but to stay. I asked them to change the sheets, which they did only for the double bed and not the two single beds we had in the room (it was a four person room). I would definitely not recommend this place and for the price you'd much rather book a known brand business hotel than something like this.

NillFacilities and the services provided were good (not best), staffs were polite and professional. The rooms were not clean, it would appear for someone that the bed sheets were not cleaned timely (expected this for two star hotel). Location is below par for this place, as this hotel is in old building (from ourside you will think twice before entering this place). I didn't had my food ordered from this place, so can't comment on that.

NillDecent service. Rooms are not very clean, but considering the price, it's okay. The only lift is very old and creepy. If you can't summon up the nerve to take the lift, you'll have to climb five floors worth of stairs. Cheap. That earns three stars.

NillVery bad hospitality. The rooms look really bad. Mattresses and blankets are stained and dirty. Walls look tacky. The rooms of this hotel are not the same as how they look on various online sites. Even one of the staff members admitted the same. The room I was in had the bathroom lock broken and a non working AC unit. Avoid at all cost. Waste of money.

NillWorst one i ever stayed through oyo. Room was stinking. AC was dripping on bed. Bathroom was not so good it had many broken things and dripping problems. Cleanliness is an issue too. Manager was not supportive and mis behaved. It was just not ok. Avoid this if u can.
