OYO Flagship 47564 Hotel Gallops

Evrything was good, nice rooms, behaviour of the staff was good too. They care for their customer..In the end it was good and budget friendly hotel.

1. Room was small 2. Staff not wearing mask 3. Very rude behavior by owner 4. Soap n lotion not provided 5. Poor Water supply in washroom 6. Lighting was poor in room. Safety and Security It was a very pathetic experience at hotel gallops. The hotel reception guy or owner (as he claimed to be )was very rude, unethical and unprofessional. He claimed to be working in hotel industry since 17 years, but his service and behavior was so unpleasant and distasteful. He asked us to not book room by oyo, instead pay him directly 1200 rs for next day booking. but oyo price was 775. he said that we should give him the amount not to oyo. At night we asked for an extra bed for another guest, he tried to overcharge us by giving silly excuses and logics. He was a liar and a very greedy guy. please dont book this low class hotel ever.

Very rude behavior of staff.. cancelled my advance booking done 10 days ago just before checkin without any prior intimation. And dont even say sorry for inconvenience caused. Google should updatetheir rating system so peoplecan rate such hotels with zero star..

From Oyo they booked the book when you reached the rooms they are saying cancel the room because we don't have vacant or is too low price.

They are even not giving towel on the name of corona and also can't adjust even 1/2 hr early check in 😂🤣lol ....
