Hotel Privilege Villa

This hotel doesn't require even a single star... Too much bad hotel... Insects were here and there in the hotels.. Bathroom condition was pathetic, as it seems never cleaned... I left my small detergent powder there as a tips to clean the bathroom.

My stay at the hotel was disappointing. The room was not clean, and there were issues with the plumbing. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, making the overall experience quite unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my stay. Actually This Hotel not deserve any star. Very Rude behaviour with Customer.

Room were of average quality for the price they charge. Lot of cockroaches were there in the rooms.

Very co operative staff and location wise it's it's just situated in the heart of bopal and just beside of iscon platinum you'll get transportation and food options very easily

Really Very nice entrance and good ambience at Sindhu bhavan road. This is considered as the rich people road as it is connected to Rajpath Club Road. Rooms are neet and clean. Hotel staff is very co-operative and understanding. Their services are good. Parking facilities are available and valet parking is also there. They have nice banquet hall for product launchings, kitties, housies, parties, Birthday parties, small marriage functions upto 100 persons capacity, this hall is really good and very nicely decorated. Food quality is satisfying. Hygiene and cleaning is maintained. Good place for everybody to enjoy. They have restaurant at the ground floor with good varieties with moderate rates above average but little expensive.

This one star I have given for lift and gyser. Only these two things were perfect. Rest you see there were marks of spits on the wall near bed, the bedside drawer wasn't dusted since 1977. No staff on the reception. Busting loud music since morning, Knocking doors late at night. Girls (alone) who are thinking to book this, don't. If you ask for water, they'll refil the bottles they have. They won't give you seal pack bottles unless you ask them to. As we entered the room the washroom was wet, used soap was in the basin. Bedsheet and quilt were pale yellow and torn. Room itself was so small that you can't even stretch to your last extent, horizontally. We were so full by these beautiful sights that we didn't ordered the food, also they don't provide food. You have to order it from swiggy or Zomato.

Bath rooms are very dirty and it’s beyon the redemption. All there bed sheets are also very dirty. This hotel is managed by guys and they don’t care about cleanliness, just the money, they are also very unwelcoming.

The worst hotel to visit. Really bad experience. The manager was really busting out badly on everyone. The washroom was really dirty and unhygienic and rooms were really small and dirty. Beds were so dirty. The Google pictures are different then the real rooms.
