PLEASE DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The lift does not work. The food is pathetic. The Wifi does not work. No laundry service. The AC does not work. Too many power cuts. The Kitchen is stingy because of that the food can cause food poisoning. Whenever you call the receptionist, He says ok only but does not work at all.

This hotel is the worst i have ever seen in my entire life. The reception guy was so rude and he kept asking for money so manners at all. First he made me sit for an hour saying no room is vacant and after an hour suddenly he says now the room is vacant i didn't see anyone going out of the hotel coz hotel was empty and there was no person there in the hotel. I kept cool myself then getting inside the room there is no hygienic bathroom no soap no towel when u ask staff people they don't listen to you after informing you several times. When I went for a complimentary breakfast there were all two items served and they say this is buffet breakfast and also didnt ON the AC saying only your there so we can't on AC adjust with fan. When I was sitting on a couch at reception one couple came and said about their booking done online and payment was also done but that reception guys said that there was no room vacant and I was not able to see any person in that entire hotel. But that staff person gave a twist in the next 5 minutes saying that there is one room vacant but AC is not there and water supply will not be for the whole day, poor guy had no other option accepted that offer and went inside the room coz he has done the payment. This hotel guy is a fraudulent person doing fraud kind of business. We pay our hard earned money like this. I thought of righting reviews normally I don't do that but something hurts badly with poor person who booked the hotel online. Not recommended at all staying at the road side will be better than this. Spend your money wisely be smart.🙏

One of the worst hotel in Ahmedabad, staffs are not co operative, rooms are dirty and messy and there are insacts and cokroches in room think 100 times before booking this property

Third class service and third class rooms. Stupid staff with no talking manners. Biggest mistake that I booked this hotel. Please don't book this.

One of the worst hotel in ahemdabad, if you are plannig to go there plz cancel it. Staff pathetic service pathetic.. Owner alos pathetic. They even don't know how to communicate.. Use of abusive and foul language. Ghatiyaa ghatiyaaaaaaaa

I made a booking with Agoda, paid and received confirmation. I arrive and no room is available. When looking online, they still offer a room on Agoda... If no rooms available then don't show as available online on any platform
