Hotel O Konark Inn

Very terrible experience, trust me all the good reviews are paid. When i went there to check in the receptionist asked for more money, as a guy who was using oyo for the first time , i couldn't do anything and i had to give him more money and then they gave me a very cheap and dirty room , flush was not working. Also the oyo didn't helped much.i would say its the worst hotel experience of my life. Due to bad service i checked out 2 days earlier and i was not given any refund whatsoever. Trust me you might think its cheap but you'll regret it instantly after going inside the room.

Terrible Experience! We booked and paid in advance for an AC room, but upon arrival, we were told it was given to someone else. We were forced into a dirty, non-AC room with no apologies or compensation. The room was nothing like the pictures online. The staff was rude and unprofessional, dismissing our concerns. In summer, this was unbearable. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel.They clearly do not care about their guests or maintaining the basic standards of hospitality.

We stayed here in World Cup cricket match. Room was very clean and ready.Early checking allowed. Staff behaviour was very cooperative. When we request to book a cab for city site seeing for one day ,hotel staff quickly arranged on very cheap rate. Location is very good food is always available in near by restaurants.

Amazingly horrible hotel, I booked through MMT once I reached hotel they not only denied the booking but also told me to cancel the booking as they wanted to charge double the amount. I asked them to cancel the booking so they tried to make a fool out of me saying "We can't cancel the booking". Further when I denied cancellation the man on reception called the owner, I told him everything and he said - "Mujhe jayada Gyan mat do, apni MMT ki booking apne paas rakho, jao jaa kr MMT se Lelo hotel mai toh nahi de raha". Now coming to the room, it might be due to the argument they gave me an exception room, there was moisture in the room with a foul smell, the toilet had visible marks of guthka spits, moreover the latch of bathroom door was broken, the electric socket was hanging out of the board. Bed had this foul smell. Here is the problem - If you can't provide the room on the listed price then you must cancel the booking as soon as it is received. You just wait for the person to get there with all the luggage and then you tell them to cancel the booking saying "Booking amount is too low". Secondly if you can't provide the room on the listed amount on portals why not unlist your hotel from mmt , Oyo or other portals. Third - If the booking amount is too low for hotel then why not cancel bookings on your side. Why should I cancel the booking?

Hotel manager behavior is so bad... This hotel registers in oyo rooms but after booking AC room from the online oyo site. Hotel manager provides a non AC room and this updation to AC room take extra charge. Please not to take booking in this hotel
