Hotel Le Grande Residency

Nice hotel. Staff very friendly. Always happy to serve even at odd hours. We had to check out early. They packed breakfast as we couldn't wait for dining hall to open.

Very average hotel,no view, certainly isn't three star, extremely small room, extremely low height ceiling, if you raise hands it'll touch the ceiling fan, no refrigerator in the room, only veg restaurant, that too closes at 3 pm.Tv is also showing it's age. It should be priced at 2k for normal ac room with queen sized beds. At 3000 - 3500 which is what this hotel is usually priced at in travel websites, it feels overpriced,you definitely can get better hotels in 3000-3500 range.Certainly not meant for holiday ....

I am now living here from last 1 month in this hotel it is so nice to live here. Staff and hotel is so good for staying. Room and service is very good.👍👍

Rooms are clean and elegant in looking. Staffs are also good,helpful and friendly in nature.

Surely would like to rate it negative. Don't choose this hotel at any cost even if they are providing you to stay for free. Starting from the front desk officer Mr. Asif never seen such a rude impolite and absolutely arrogant staff yet. Fortunately i have proofs starting with the booking my husband was having a local i.d. of ahmedabad, he works in bank of baroda ahmedabad till march 2023 since, more than 1 year ago we were transferred to panthawada and gave our residence on rent. we choose to stay in this so called grand hotel. my husband was having the bank of baroda personal i.d belonging to panthawada all 1.5 years salary slip all the belonging data but Mr. Asif who was not having even the manners to talk started misbehaving. even when i was talking to my husband he interrupted and talked so mannerlessly and disobediently. Never seen such a mannerless behaviour ever in my life. Then coming to marriage certificate, In India 40% people were not having a marriage certificate. i ask him to accept marriage pictures marriage invitation card. he denied. i told him to talk to our parents as well. i belong to MP and my husband from gujarat its love cum arrange marriage of ours this man was so dumb and illiterate was asking for same titles in our name. and everytime saying a single line "our hotel had different policy from others" . We made booking through agoda. Mr Asif was claiming i m not having your money agoda is the app who will give your refund back. i called agoda Agoda's agent called them 3 times to negotiate but he was not ready. PAISA KHA KE BAITHNA HAI. They neither let us stay nor gave refund. i have to beg for my own money with them!! feeling helpless. Its my humble request to you people just book hotel summit or sn blu panchvati or any if you really want to relax and if you want tensions and uncomfort then only choose this pathetic hotel.
