Hotel Inder Residency

The hotel is located at the heart of downtown Ahmedabad with easy accessibility to Ashram Road, Riverfront and Lal Darwaza. It boasts of a swimming pool and sufficient parking facility. The rooms were well lit and had amenities like TV, cupboard with hangers, windows to peep into the outside world, a mini-refrigerator, electric kettle, a few sachets of coffee and tea bags etc, an office desk with chair and a coffee table with cushioned chairs for two. The room also had Climate control and a phone to react out to the reception for room service etc but I felt the room was a little small. The washroom had utilities like hair-dryer and toiletries and was well lit, had hot and cold water all throughout the day but there was little ventilation so it was smelly for most of the time. The room key/swipe card did not work a single time for the 3 days that I stayed there. The service was good though. The restaurant had a buffet for breakfast with options of Poha, bread and/or idli and Cornflakes along with milk, juices, fruits, tea and coffee. The lunch and dinner was a la carte and delicious. The restaurant looked clean but it had stray roaches here and there. Is it worth the money? No.

We had comfortable stay here... they have good brkfst menu... rooms are cosy with all required amenities. They have big parking space. Hotel staffs are polite and super helpful. River front and manek chowk is nearby.. autos are available at reasonable cost for nearby places. Loads of eateries around...

Quintessential..! The room. The service. The food. Best. Everything crafted very well. Non-veg is too yummy..! Rooms are spacious with see through washroom😜. And AC works..! Haven't experienced any problem. Though old but modernized in every possible way. Service was swift. Thank you for accommodating me.

This place has an old school charm that is unbeatable. I came here (their restaurant) to have dinner with my wife two years after my marriage which was hosted in the same hotel and to our utter surprise the host remembered us, acknowledged us well and not only offered their best service but also as a kind gesture offered a discount for our loyalty. A part of me felt happy sad that today we have only started to focus on ambience and interiors of a place than the hospitality and quality of service which is at the core essence of this business. I am impressed and definitely a repeat customer.
