NillWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean & modern. Check-in was fast and hassle free. And, the location is strategic, close to all tourist attractions. Most of all, the service particularly Roop at the reception, was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

NillI recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms are newly renovated and clean, there are some shortcomings. On the positive side, the location is excellent. it's close to CG Road, Ashram Road, and Navrangpura, making it convenient for accessing key areas of the city. I specifically booked this accommodation because it advertised ample parking space, as I was bringing my brand new car. Unfortunately, there was no parking available upon arrival. Despite informing the staff multiple times, they remained indifferent. The ground-floor restaurant occupies the entire parking area and doesn't allow guests to park there, even when spaces are available. I was advised to park on the roadside, which didn't feel safe for my new car, and I had to struggle to find parking on my own. Additionally, the bathroom was cramped and not constructed properly. During my shower, water from the shower leaked into the room, soaking the entire floor near the bed. Aside from these issues, my stay was comfortable. However, the staff is not very cordial or friendly. Whenever I had queries, their responses often began with a straightforward "no."

NillArrived at 1130 am at night.. was provided with a really kaboosh type tiny room. Had to get the bed sheets duvet covers and pillow covers changed as they had hair on them. Limited breakfast options.. just 2 a day. Owner/manager has no sense of respect to customers.

NillThe hotel is 30 minutes from air port. It's a very new and clean hotel, but inexperienced with foreign customers. It took about half hour for check in, asking extra money for taxes, no international credit cards accepted(only cash), no toilet paper/hair dryer/bottle water before asking. I believe they could be better if they want, offering more professional services for the foreigners. Btw, the restaurant downstairs is very good.

NillI have stayed in the hotel for two days.. super delux .rooms are cleaned thoug bit small in size.... services found to be niced.... especially the hospitality of Mr Roopsings found to be quite good.....
