Pretty good hotel with great service. Breakfast had limited options but tasted really good.

Awesome location, good food and silent place. We are visiting this place often. Each and every time they satisfy us nicely with quality of food, environment, service etc. We organise Birthday parties, engagement parties and small get together over here. This place is favourite in our group. You can have cool breeze on the terrace.

A good hotel with nice rings and good views. The rooms are in 9th for of the building...so the views are good... The rooms have all necessary amenities... The room service is good.. You'll have to complain if you're not lucky enough to get hot water from the taps.. A little more attention to detail can improve the overall experience (I saw a few cockroaches both the times I stayed her)... The lighting in the room is too dim.. can be improved..

They have a rooftop restaurant at Hotel Kells, worth a visit. Its not too crowded, food served is good and tasty and its moderately priced. Soup is ok to good, curries are good but Roti needs some improvement as it looked more of maida than atta. Overall a cool and silent place, worth a visit if you want to enjoy food in peace.

Check into this hotel for 2800 INR per night net ||||1) The room was dirty - I found a few empty plastic bottles under one of the bed||||2) The hot water never worked - had to take 2 cold showers||||3) The room was small, and old||||4) The beds were uncomfortable||||||Only good points :||||1) I had two soups from the room service and they were excellent||||2) The receptionists were very nice, and one of them actually gave me a ride on his motorbike when I couldn't get a taxi or auto. That's service.||||||All in all, the service from the front desk was great, but that can not cover how bad the actual hotel is. There are much better hotels for better prices as well.

Have stayed at Hotel Kells and found this hotel really comfortable and its equipped with all necessary amenities. Roof top restaurant is really good and there rooms are comfortable with all necessary facilities. Definitely recommended if you are with family in Ahmedabad or any business trip.

The check in was done after lot of hue and cry. No formidable discount was offered even when I told them that I also head a unit in Pune. The breakfast was limited to only one paratha per person!! which was included in the tariff. despite of telling the Front office regarding the billing, they messed up everything.when tried to contact the FOM Mr. Yadav, he was comfortable instructing his staff on phone rather than coming to the hotel and solve the problem.the room was good and thats it. If u are in distress this hotel can be a saving grace only for the room, rest everything is hopeless.

The hotel has a good location for travellers from neighboring cities. ||The complientry breakfast was not up to the mark. ||The room service was also not as expected. ||Though, my stay was very brief, had an overnight experience only.
