Hotel Royal ican

I stayed there for 2 nights during my official trip. It was a pleasant stay, here are my observations: What was good: - Location, near the market - parking space - Lift, Wheelchair accessible entrance - clean and spacious rooms - Staff behaviour was good What to be improved? - No Food options available, bur yes I ordered via Swiggy - Entry is bit confusing, since this hotel is on 6th floor. Overall it is a good option to stay in budget segment.

Room service is the worst and the guy sitting at the reception named Praveen Kumar is very rude. He does not know hot to talk to customers. I am staying here since 2 days beacuse of my business and I simply asked him whether we can keep the bags in the hotel till evening after checkout and behind me were other customers. I was talking to Praveen Kumar and without answering my question he asked me rudely to move aside because he needs to check in other customers and does not want to answer my question. This guy needs to be replaced as he maybe rude to all other customers as well. I will not recommend anyone for this hotel. Worst reception guy!!!!

Not good staff, it was very unsatisfactory for us and receptionist over there is very judgmental plus very small rooms

It was a nice hotel. Very perfect. What does one need while staying at hotel? Clean rooms, proper perfect service, good service staff, responsible staff. Everything was perfect.

Rooms are new furnished and staff is cooperative and manager Praveen Kumar is an excellent person to deal with the people
