Hotel Raviraj Palace

The hotel is pretty decent. We booked it during winter. We got the 5th floor. The view from the window was very beautiful. The rooms are small but clean and decent. The service was very prompt and the staff were very cordial. Would recommend this hotel for a stay in Rajkot.

It's very clean and cooperative staff ,it's allocated in Central area and very best point , back side of Mahatama Gandhi international museam & nearest khadi bhavan and main point air port , railway station and bus station is very near distance from hotel point , very respectively and cooperative all members of staff and guidelines to visit tour also..

Google should change the title, Its now het covid care center Currently operational for "Het covid care center" Quarantine and covid care facilities for elite. For Who are not suppose to stay at home and need extra care Its 24x7 under medical. Supervision, Daily 5+ time medical check up 3 time super specialist visits 2 time food + fruites + snacks + tea/coffee + boil water + tv + ac + room cleaning by professional staff daily + safety measurements + emergency oxygen supply and etc. I am here for 5 days. Its completely like home service and very very good at treat.

I am Giving One start because there is no option for Zero star. I booked hotel With Goibibo On 11 Dec 2018. I booked Standard Ac Room(999 Rs) and online showing double bed but hotel provide singel Room Which is to too small(Direct check in cost of that room is 700 Rs.)you can not move aroundbed and can't open wardrobes. Lizard you can seen in picture also curtain is smalley. I complained to go ibibo and as per go ibibo support they are providing another hotel choice so After two hours I checked out from hotel and When I need to pay 250 rs. Food bill and I gived 500 rs note the receptionist(Which is look like gambler)Take note and say 250 we took for your 2 hours stay and 250 food bill Receptionst take my 500 Rs note without clearing subject. When I call go ibibo the receptionist not taking my phone to talk.The bussiness strategy of this hotel is if online booking customer arrived they provide poor rooms and if direct check in customer arrived they provide better room because go ibibo not provide him sufficient money(As per receptionist talk) Receptionist attitude is like he is owner of world not listen even single line and ignoring like we barking in front of him.

It very clean neat hotel it's service very nice and if you will take room no. 104 in first floor than there is a big garden type only it is very nice

Found dirty bed-sheet n no-hot water in the bathroom's regular tap even after daily complents n daily, provided in bucket.but Ofcourse, services are very prompt n nice
