The hotel is clean and organized, however the staff is not respectful with the guests sleep, not even after talking with rexeption nor giving away my ear pods. Better book somewhere else if looking to get an early night rest.

Disgusting behaviour. They are frauds and deceitful to their customers. We were a family of 7 with 4 ladies and young kids, and they made us travel 20km at 8pm at night for a fraudulent room and lied to us 100 times claiming they never did lied.) I am appalled at this behaviour, I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely horrible experience.

The rooms are nice when i visited i got the room quickly and the rooms were neat and clean also they give conplimentry water bottles ambience is nice in the room and nova hotels are safe enough to stay with your loved ones ♥️.
