This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price! The room was small but spotless, with comfortable beds and a great shower. Staff were friendly and gave great tips on local food spots. It’s in a great location, walking distance to major attractions. If you’re traveling on a budget but want quality, this is the place.

Stayed here with family the following was my experience 1) The rooms were not cleaned. Bedsheets were not changed. The entire hotel had a suffocating smell of cigarette smoke 2) The rooms were small with no ventilation at all. Not even in the washrooms. 3) Washroom were not clean at the time of check in. It was stinking 4)The bedsheets were not changed after the previous occupants of the room had checked out (I was told that there is no housekeeping staff available. The receptionist guy came to change the sheets!) 5) Torn condom packets were lying on the floor! 6) Now comes the ultimate deal breaker - There was a mouse in the room roaming around !! The receptionist offered another room which also was in a similar condition. We decided to checkout immediately and stayed at another property bearing the loss. There was no point in arguing / fighting for refund The place gives you shady vibes (Hotel “Decent” types) definitely not fit for a family stay

Guy at the reception at 6 am check in- "check out ke time 11am se 11.01 hua to next din ka pura rent lag jayega." My wife- "but bhaiya ye to galat baat hai na" Guy at the reception - "madam aap thoda kam boliye, subah subah utha diya ek to" Left the property, slept in the car. Self respect is more important than a shady hotel. I don't know about the rooms or how clean they are. But for me the way staff treats the customer is the most important. The customer care at fab hotels was of no use either. I was surprised because in my last 10 years of travelling, I have never come across a bad hotel. I am never going to choose fab hotels for my stay

Very small room very small bathroom. They doesn't provide you bisleri they will give you normal water bottle from there kitchen. No comb no Colgate nothing they just charge you extra money. Don't go directly book through OYO. Per room should be max 700 not more than that. Location is good no doubt but the hotel is not that good.

Excellent place to stay. The rooms are so clean as well as the punctual and kindly behaviour of staff. It is well located in city and you can find easy mode of transport to visit any other place from here. I really suggest this hotel for long and short stay both.

1. There was a power cut issue very often in the hotel. Very frequently the power would go off affecting our work and schedule. They do not have generator back-up. 2. Breakfast was provided with limited options only, that too would be provided late, almost everyday. We mostly had Poha for breakfast since they didn't have any other options that early in the morning. Breakfast was not cooked in the hotel, it was a bought out item for them. Tea served would be mostly cold. We had conveyed our timings (7.00 am - 7.30 am) for breakfast but they did not fulfil that request single time. 3. The hotel staff was not at all cooperative. If we'd ask for evening tea, they'd say, we do not have a person that would get tea for you, so we can't serve. They were really unprofessional. The hotel was run by 2 very young fellows who didn't have any clue.

One of the best hotel.Not too spacious.But perfect for 2/3 people.Their Bathroom/washrooms are very clean.Location is also good.Staff are great and sweet.

Best Location to stay, also I would recommend to stay for elegant rooms and service which is provided by Hotel Management. It is located in prime location from where we can access prominent places of surat easily and within short time. Cleanliness of Hotel is Quite Impressive, also supportive staff. Overall experience was fully Satisfied and must visit stay in Surat.
