Hotel Sadbhav Villa

Hotel is on the 3rd floor. Rooms are decent, bit old. I guess not many guests visit. Staff was nice. We stayed in the executive room with main road temple facing. Beds are very comfortable.

Positives- great communication, good service, good location, good breakfast Good budget friendly restaurant Nagative- room conditions not upto mark. Few spots in room requires serious renovation. There was some smell in room when it stayed closed for few hours. Overall okaish place to stay for a day or two within 3k or 4k

Hotel Sadbhav is located near siddhivinayak temple on the banks of Tapi river. You will enjoy the clear view of Temple from the Banquet hall. The rooms are clean & food is also good as per the quality wise. The reception & service is also excellent. The price is reasonable.

Location: The location is good. Room Quality: The room was clean, but I found the price to be on the higher side for what was offered. Major Concern: My primary reason for this 1-star review is the cancellation experience. After booking and paying online, I realized immediately upon confirmation that due to the hotel's house rules, I wouldn't be allowed to check in with my friend. Within minutes, I contacted both the hotel and Goibibo to request a cancellation. Goibibo informed me that the hotel needed to approve the cancellation, but the hotel outright rejected the request. I had booked a 2-day stay and even asked for a partial cancellation, but that request was also denied. While I understand that the booking was under a no-cancellation policy, I believe that a cancellation request made within less than 5 minutes of payment for genuine cases should be considered. I don't have any other complaints about the hotel itself, but the policy should aim to help guests rather than create unnecessary difficulties. I hope the management reconsiders this approach in the future to prevent similar situations.

Great location and extremely cooperative and trustworthy staff who supported all the guests I had booked the hotel for. Definitely recommend this hotel for any trips to Surat.

Very compact room. Very less ventilation. Awkward smells in rooms while entered in. Only plus point is nice surrounding, road touch, and morning breakfast was nice. Beautiful temple exactly infront of hotel. Very nice temple.

Nice Location,Good Service, I attend our office meeting Yanolja office in Surat,I got Room was so clean "But need little bit maintenance in washroom." Staff was very decent .Sepicaliy Thanks to Mr. Sachin.
