Place was good and aslo supportive staff bathroom was totally cleaned i stayed for 3 days and they clean room 2 times per day completely worthy deal for me

Poor room I had booked premium suit, A/c drain water comes in the room and overnight full floor of room was wet. No room service Chair was broken No Hot water for shower Ruined my day. Won't suggest and don't waste your money and quality time.

This place is newly opened. I would say that as per price, offered rooms are very nice. Lights, TV and all other basic amenities are as per required. But they're comparatively small in size. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Tidiness is good as hotel is new. Location is good too. Although not much of a view from rooms. Better keep curtain closed.

The hotel is situated on 3rd floor of the empty complex…We stayed at this hotel for the first time but feel they need improvements in all their departments from rooms to service. Location is also far from surat station. Rooms were not clean..We found cockroaches were there in washroom…also the bed they provide is too springy that one can’t sleep without getting a back pain. No nearby restaurant and they also don’t provide any food service…one has to travel far for lunch/dinner. It’s only the room you will get,, rest no other amenities. Their room locks were also not good…key used to stuck.

Hotel was good but only for 20 min extra they have to pay extra charges. 200 rs ...this is not proper..
