Park Inn by Radisson Surat

Updated 26/01/2025 It was an amazing experience from start to finish. All the hotel employees were super attentive and everyone helped to try and keep my children entertained and safe when necessary. The kitchen employees and chef were great, they were able arrange for some vegan food to be available for me, and gave me the needed time to be able to eat my breakfast and dinner with children in tow. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, so much so I want to stay here on my second trip to Surat in a few weeks rather than my children’s family home. ————— ————— This was my second stay at hotel and as a single mother of twins I would highly recommend it to everyone (or not so I can always get a room). The staff are amazing!! During breakfast as I was alone on this stay with my twins and struggling the staff stepped in and helped so much! And everything you would need in an hotel from amenities, cleanliness, decorum, ambiance is what attracts you back to stay here.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for a wonderful experience. First and foremost, the rooms are incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. It's evident that attention to detail in hygiene is a top priority here, as everything from the bedding to the bathroom amenities was pristine. I truly appreciated having a comfortable and inviting space to unwind after a long day. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Jain breakfast offered at the hotel. As someone who follows a Jain diet, I was thrilled to find an array of options that were not only flavorful but also thoughtfully prepared. The variety and taste exceeded my expectations, making it a delightful start to each day. What stood out the most during my visit, however, was the loyalty and courage of the staff. I experienced a small mishap when I accidentally left my Apple AirPods in my room after checking out. To my pleasant surprise, the attentive staff found them and went above and beyond to ensure I received them back promptly. Their sincere effort to help me recover my belongings truly showcased their integrity and commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, my experience at the Radisson Surat was exceptional. With its clean and comfortable accommodations, delicious food options, and remarkable staff, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was excellent, from A to Z. Mr. Gunandhi Sahoo , he was fantastic, i also over heard from other guest , that how he was praised for his excellent management skills. I enjoyed my stay and Buffett, Breakfast maintained at highest level. 10 out of 10.

Comfortable Stay, Great Location I recently stayed at the Park Inn and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Hey, the food was so so yummy and the staff I must say I have never seen such friendly, smiling, kind and lovely people in any restaurant, hotel or any resort. I am so happy by their behaviour. Great friendly service. Young boy Rahul at reception along with other staff (girls) were very helpful and prompt in service. Wish we had breakfast included with booking. It was online glitch but staff did their best to help. Room service was quick and of good quality.

It was amazing experience while staying in Hotel. Very soothing environment. Staff were very helpful. I really enjoyed every meal. Variety of food was also good. Akash Kumar and Sarina did wonderful job and I always got instant support from them. I would love to be here again.
