OYO 85065 Hotel Casa Florencia

I booked this hotel from Oyo app and I got confirmation also than after I reach over there they were like we have stopped giving rooms in Oyo . . . . How would I know that isn't property responsibility to notify us prior .

Pathetic hotel, Worst services, door get locked from inside and hard to open, AC doesn't work, TV just for display it's doesn't work as they don't have cable connection, no soap in washroom, no restaurant atleast for serving tea, no door mats once use washroom entire room floor get wet...it's a mistake for booking hy viewing website.....
