I had a wonderful experience at the Park Inn by Radisson Surat, with the restaurant being a major highlight. The overall food quality and taste were delicious, but it was the staff's personalized service that made my stay truly memorable. ​A huge thank you to Ms. Maya from the restaurant staff and Chef Sanjana for their outstanding hospitality. ​Chef Sanjana went completely above and beyond when I made a special request for a Nutella pancake with banana slices. Her effort to create this delightful dish just for me was a perfect example of exceptional service. This kind of personalized attention, where a request is not just accommodated but executed to delight, genuinely made me feel like a valued and special guest. ​Thank you to the entire team, especially Ms. Maya and Chef Sanjana, for delivering such a high standard of service! I highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional Food & Warm Hospitality! One of the best experiences I’ve had — the food was absolutely delicious with great variety and taste in every meal. What truly stood out was the staff’s hospitality. Every team member was polite, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. I had a great experience during my stay at Hotel Park Inn Surat. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making my stay truly enjoyable. I was staying in Hotel Park Inn by Radisson at Surat on 9 September 2026. ||There was some mistake by the reception staff that by mistake they issued key to another guest which was of my room ||On realising this, the Assistant Front Office Manager Ms Lucky immediately contacted me in my room, informing of this mistake, which was immediately rectified by them. ||It was very nice of Mr Gunnidhi Sahu, Room Division Manager and Ms Lucky to come up to my room and personally apologise. ||They were extremely courteous and I wish them very well and to keep up the good work with such dedication.

I have a gentle room keeping guy names Manish . He was very hard working very kind very helpful and he cleaned my room everyday while I was staying here in park inn. He makes sure what I need and he provide me all the stuff regarding housekeeping always positive and always smile and very enthusiastic person he was. The hotels is 5 star and very neat and clean. The room was huge and very luxurious. While I was here in this hotel I had no problem and no complain. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful.
